eReceipts

“Founded in 2011, eReceipts provides an

electronic solution to the problem of managing,

storing and retrieving receipts for proof of

purchase and business expense purposes. The

eReceipts Board is chaired by Lord Ian

MacLaurin, former Chief Executive of Tesco and

former Chairman of Tesco and Vodafone. The

company has recently partnered with IBM Retail,

a market leader in the UK EPOS hardware and

software space.”

“Quipper is a technology venture specialising

in e-learning mobile apps. Founded in late

2010 by Masa Watanabe, who was previously

co-founder of DeNA (market cap: £3.5bn, 25m

users, and listed on the Tokyo Stock

Exchange), the company’s main focus is to

distribute diversified learning content

including languages, qualifications, and school

entrance exams over an ever-expanding range

of topics, in multiple-choice quiz format.”

“Adenium Biotech is a biopharmaceutical

company spun out from Novozymes in 2011

focusing on the development and

commercialization of novel antibiotics for the

treatment of Gram-negative bacterial infections.

Organization has passed legislation that

requires ship owners to clean ballast water from
