About the Competition
• Simulation of the European Court of Human Rights concerning the violation of the European Convention on Human Rights
• Only english MCC on Human Rights europe wide
• In cooperation with the Council of Europe• 2 rounds – written pre-rounds and final oral
round • Open to all ELSA and CoE Member
Countries • Teams: 2 – 4 members per team• Submission for Applicant and Respondent• Oral Pleading for both sides• Only 2 members are allowed to plead

• 16 best qualified teams
• Participation Fee for Accommodation, transport, meals, venue, welcome reception, award ceremony
• „The Council of Europe prize“ – a traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights for 1 month
