WHY CHINA????

The biggest problems of China are of HR-nature,

among them recruiting, (further) education and

retention

Because of social prestige and bad career advice, a

high percentage of high-school degree holder go to

university

(German) companies in China need good qualified

technicians and skilled labour

We believe that vocational training is THE key to a

Selection of suitable Chinese partner institutions in Shenyang:• sufficient stock of machines for CNC-drilling/milling / mechatronics,

tools and testing instruments

• good qualified teacher and trainer

Further qualification of Chinese trainer at EBG in Germany (duration: 4-6 weeks):

• get familiar with German training plans according IHK-standards ‘CNC-drilling + milling’

• Training in methods for vocational training

• system of vocational training + further qualification in Germany

• Excursions to enterprises: technical developments

Preparation of the implementation of classes at Chinese partner institution (duration: 180 or 360 hours)

• CNC-drilling or milling (each 180 hours) or

• complete package / mechatronic package (360 hours)

EBG creates a CNC / mechatronics -final examination according IHK-standards for the Chinese partner institution and translates this into Chinese

EBG send German CNC / mechatronics-experts to the partner institution before the course is finished to prepare the IHK/AHK- examination

Implementation of the examination according DIHK-standards. Duration of examination each 9,5 hours for CNC-drilling OR milling or for mechatronics

Commission of examination: 4 representatives of IHK-Magdeburg and Potsdam + 1 representative of AHK

Certification of successful participations by of EBG and AHK as ‘CNC-/ mechatronics skilled worker’

AHK/EBG-Modules

This vocational education has the aim to support German Companies in China

recruiting, we hope to establish a cooperation regarding job interviews of our

certificate holder.

CNC- and mechatronic modules are focusing upon improving manual skills handling concerning machines, tools and material, thus Modules make the transition from college or Vocational School into the enterprise easier.

Modules are suitable for students of vocational schools as for skilled workers.Companies can invite experienced workers to take part in short time training courses to strengthen the loyalty between employees and employer – Retention measurement.

Practically oriented CNC- / mechatronic modules can also be hold at Foreign companies in China (In-house-training) without any problems
