1. Acid Rain: polluted rainfall. Created by industry.

2. AIDS: Immune deficiency syndrome. Pandemic levels in the 1980’s-present. Mostly third-world countries.

3. Deforestation: Loss of forest and woodlands. 4. Desertification: deterioration of land and

vegetation. Caused by overgrazing and diversion of water.
