INTRODUCTIONIn this EURON workshop different topics in relation to Psychopharmacology will be presented. The topics for this event are:• NEURODEGENERATION• NEURODEVELOPMENT• BRAIN‐GUT AXIS• ILLICIT DRUGS• MOOD

The aim of this workshop is to give an up-to-date overview of the latest developments in these different research fields. Students will get a better understanding how drugs work in the brain and how drugs can be developed for treatment in various brain diseases. The different thematic topics will be accompanied by interactive workshops. In these workshops small groups will discuss a specific topic that relates to the theme on a specific day. This will stimulate active participation in discussions, and is further encouraged by educationally well‐trained experts, coming from academia and industry. Participants also have the opportunity to present their own research in poster and elevator pitch sessions. One day will be organized in collaboration with the Hellenic Society for Neuroscience (HSfN). Next to the scientific programme there will be a social programme.
