Idea

• One Lithuanian family of 4 from Vilnius explores European countries by living one month in each of it for 24 months and blogging along the way it’s experiences

• We cover local traditions, food and way of life• Promote sharing economy, organise diners and

join social activities• Record and share views of people we meet on

Europe online

mission

• Search for the European identity• Experience, learn, share and show Europe and

Lithuania• Promote European identity• Promote Lithuania abroad • Promote local landmarks, heritage and people of host

countries• Build awareness and promote tolerance• It may also be linked with euro zone entrance of

Lithuania in 2015 or 2016

logistics

• We rent out our appartment in Vilnius• With partners we search for places to live for

one month in each country• Kids gonna be homeschooled during the

project

• Target to raise: apprx. 3000 EUR/month, total 36.000 EUR/year

• Crowdfunding online• Fees form blogging• Maybe EU project funding• Support from local municipalities, NGOs and businesses• Lithuanian Tourism board, incoming travel association• Host country tourism boards• Other corporate sponsors
