Die Welding Robotic System Standard NEW SYSTEM

This quotation refers to a standard automated die welding set up for welding of forge dies and tools.This solution is designed for small and medium size dies ( up to 1,2 mt impression).System can be programmed by any CAD-CAM operator and used easily by trained personnel.

Part 2. SOFTWARE Software package will allow the programming of robot by any CAD-CAM operator and will guarantee accurate presetting of robot\die positioning, collision detecting and movement problems.

1. Software ROBOWELDING for offline programming of welding paths. Software automatically splits volume to be welded in layers and determines welding tracks. With this software operator is able to:

a. Correct and modify welding paths parameters such as beads interpass distance, angle of the torch, direction of the beads, step in “Z” etc.

b. Create the ideal target geometry and optimize it for best metal deposition resultc. Program manually gouged dies by multilayer d. Program single layer for coating type of welding

2. Software ROBOMOVE is a post processor that will translate CAM paths into robot language and through a virtual cell, created specifically for CHKPZ, will allow simulation, evaluation and correction of potential movement problems.

Training will be given to CAD CAM programming personnel with and to robot operator.All the start up phase and base programming and management of robot will be reviewed during the1st training session.Training time is estimated in 5 days in Italy + 5 Days in RussiaTraining program will include:

1. Start up phase and functional check of complete installed system2. Review of software for management of robot movement and post processing3. Review of principles and strategies for preparations of models and .stl files for 1st welding of a new shape (control

that scan system in CHKPZ performs what needed by the robot system) 4. Programming and welding of 1 die set

Part 5. KNOW- HOW TRANSFER AND PATENT LINCENCE FEE (UNA TANTUM) Transfer of this technology will be subject to a “Know-how transfer secrecy agreement” and a one time licence fee for patent (patent pending)
