She also holds a Master's degree from Harvard University. Ambassador Flor served as Germany’s Ambassador to Georgia between 2006 and 2010, and as European Union Special Representative for Central Asia from 2012 to 2014. Since the autumn of 2018, she has been serving as EU Ambassador in Tokyo. Lecture in English with Japanese interpretation. No prior reservation required, admission free. The lecture is targeted at university students and faculty as well as at the general public in Okinawa.
