• CRCNA needs to become more diverse
• Ethnic leaders need to be raised to bless our denomination and make her rich with diverse culture
• CRCNA has rich reformed tradition of faith which needs to be shared with other ethnic churches and leaders
• CRCNA needs to strategically identify, train and raise ethnic leaders

• Identify, train and equip 5-10 ethnic leaders each year for next five years
• Some of these ethnic leaders will be supported to grow their ethnic churches. Others will be ministry catalysts and bridge builders into their communities.
• These ethnic leaders will integrate into the larger church/denomination

• Ethnic people are low income
• Ethnic leaders are poor and cannot afford to study and/or minister
• Ethnic leaders need financial supporting partners

• Support 5-10 ethnic leaders for next 5 years:– $1000 to $1500 per month
depending on location and situation

• Finalize concept and funding proposal to pursue funding opportunities
• Explore possibility of partnering with the proposed joint (CRCNA and RCA) church planting institute
• Identify and build data base of potential immigrant leaders
• Continue partnership discussion with EMC and other agencies within CRC, and build consensus around proposal
