POLICIESWITHDRAWAL:

A written notice is required by each student one month prior to withdrawing from the Academy, including temporary withdrawals. Following withdrawal, your time slot may be assigned to a new student and fees are non-refundable. Most of your tuition is your teacher’s salary.

ATTENDANCE AND MAKE-UPS:

You are required to give your instructor at least 24 hour advance notice when canceling a lesson. Make-up lessons will be offered in the case of an illness or an extreme emergency. Any other reason must be discussed with the private instructor in advance. No discounts or refunds are given due to missed lessons.

STUDENT AND PARENT RESPONSIBILITY:

Please be prompt. Due to the Academy’s consecutive scheduling of students, lessons cannot be extended to make up for late arrivals. Students should arrive prepared for their lesson, bringing their own instrument and music books. Students are expected to practice on a regular basis to facilitate progress.

All classes are full year classes but can be paid for by the semester. Behavioral problems will result in expulsion from the academy after the first warning by the Academy director without reimbursement.

Eternity Music AcademyEternity Music Academy is a division of the Music Ministry at Eternity Church. We aim to provide quality musical instruction in a safe, positive Christian environment.

The benefits of learning to play a musical instrument are many. It exercises the brain, teaches self-discipline, relieves stress, and is fun. Playing an instrument improves concentration, listening ability, reading & comprehension, mathematical perception, coordination and the ability to maintain a relaxed focus.

Students will be given the opportunity to share their progress in a recital at the end of the fall and the spring semesters.

THE ACADEMY OFFERS: Weekly Private Lessons on piano, guitar, electric bass, violin, viola, cello, upright bass, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, percussion (drums), and voice. The cost is $25 per half hour lesson payable by the semester.

Group Classes meet one hour each week. We offer beginning Violin, Guitar, Woodwinds, Brass, Percussion, Recorder and Ukulele classes, and have a Flute Choir for intermediate/advanced students. Group classes cost $15 per hour class, payable by the semester.

All lessons and classes are taught by professional musical instructors at Eternity Church, Monday through Thursday from 3:30 until 8:30 pm. Every effort will be made to accommodate lesson day and time requests.

No lessons the week of Thanksgiving

Private lessons: $325 paid in advance or $81.25 a month for 4 months

Group Classes: $195

WINTER/SPRING SEMESTER2nd week of Jan to the 3rd week of May (17 weeks)

No lessons during Spring Break

Private lessons: $425 paid in advance or $85 a month for 5 months

Group Classes: $255

SUMMER SEMESTER1st week of June to the 3rd week of Aug (12 weeks)

Private lessons: $300 paid in advance or $100 a month for 3 months

Group Classes: $180

Monthly payments are due by the 5th of each month. All group classes must be paid in full in advance. Tuition is non-refundable. All enrolled students may participate in recitals for free.
