Ε75 is an opening system spe-cially designed and manufac-tured to meet the modern era En-ergy Conservation requirements in building construction.

Specially designed features such as internal in-sulating bars, multi chamber EPDM central gas-kets and the specially designed 39mm polya-mides give an excellent thermal insulation of Uf = 1,4 W/m2 and render E75 in compliance with the highest standards

The system offers a great variety of functional and aesthetic requirements and with wide range of profiles, the system classical straight line de-sign options. E75’s basic dimensions are 75mm

width sash and the combination of fixed frame and sash height from only 106mm.

E75 is a robust system designed to meet every window and door requirement in a building. With the width of aluminium varying from 1,6mm to 2,5mm, it is specially design for doors that can withstand heavy usage through time.

Ε45 belongs to the new genera-tion of thermal insulated opening systems. With the primary con-cern to conserve energy in build-ing structures, E45 is designed to meet a great variety of functional and aesthetic requirements

Thanks to a wide range of profiles, the system offers a variety of design options, from classical, nar-row face straight lines to rounded contours and the ability to construct a variety of complex typolo-gies such as parallel sliding and tilting doors, parallel folding doors and opening frames using “concealed” sash giving uniform external appearance in combining opening and fixed frames.

The E45 system is a 60mm width sash (straight line profiles) and by implementing innovative de-sign with variable length, 24mm to 30mm, polyamides, it renders superior performance characteris-tics in its category, with thermal insulation value of Uf = 1,9 W/m2 and sound reduction reaching 42db.

E40 is a thermal insulated system suit-able for the construction of all types of opening frames.

Ε70 is a sliding system with high thermal insulated characteristics, suitable for very large openings.

Following the needs for very large openings with systems that are easy to operate and enable the inhabitants to easily access to the outer area, ETEM designed and produced E70, a system that al-lows maximum sunlight penetration and offers “Less Frame” technology.

A uniform structural glass view, without excessive gridlines, allows for the unique sense of integra-tion of the internal area of the structure with the external scenery and landscape.

E70 is a 70mm sash width system that offers aesthetics, functionality in combination with structural durability, thermal insulation and sound reduction characteristics.

Ε3000 is a heavy duty thermo break sliding system. The system is designed taking into consideration contemporary ar-chitectural trends for maximum sun light and best view in very large openings.

Ensuring durability and proper functionality over time E3000 has been the choice in many hotels, resorts and residential applications were the demand for maximum light penetration in combination with increased thermal insulation and sound reduction was essential.The system using lift and slide mechanisms perfectly combines effortless movement, even with very large frames, with superior insulation characteristics that are achieved by using EPDM gas-kets to seal the sash to the frame when in rest position. E 3000 is a 60mm width frame system, dependable with proven reliability in projects throughout Europe that offers modern straight line profile design and security with a three point lock system.

E52 is a sliding system that be-longs to the new generation of ETEM’s thermo break systems and offers excellent thermal insu-lation and sound reduction char-acteristics in its category.

Designed to fulfil aesthetic and functional needs, E 52 offers a wide range of profiles, both for straight lines and rounded contours, that give the flexibility to construct a very wide range of typologies. E52 is a 38mm width sash system ideal for medium to large openings. Its innovative design with features such as the use of polyamides up to 34mm wide, the ability of the system to carry heavy glass weights using Stainless Steel rails that ensure durability and func-tionality over time and the ability to construct frames with Anti Burglar certifications, are all features that, in combination with the very good technical characteristics, render E52 an excellent choice for a sliding Thermal Insulating system.

E50 is one of the most modern thermal insulation systems ETEM. Designed for medium and large openings, E50 combines the trends in modern architecture with the needs arising from the strict standards for energy conser-vation.

In designing E50, we took into account parameters such as the growing need for a brighter build-ing interior, the ease in operating the window, safety, energy conservation and protection from se-vere weather conditions.E50 is a system designed to cover a wide range of requirements, in both existing and new build-ings, that have medium size and large openings. The system is rigid and capable to operate under heavy loads resulting from the large glass surfaces, while it is subtle enough to be used for smaller windows.With 50mm sash width and innovative design, E50 is a robust system with excellent thermal insula-tion and water tightness characteristics rendering the system an ideal choice for the majority of resi-dential and commercial applications.

E90 is designed as an answer to the increased requirements of the contemporary architectural sys-tems for improving the quality and the security of the ready product, reducing the time for in-stallation, the uniqueness of de-sign and the freedom of architec-tural solutions.

The system was designed on needs and requirements that requirements that are recorded form projects and companies in the Balkan region. One of the advantages of the system is the installa-tion without scaffolding and thus making it independent from weather conditions. The drainage of the rain water and the condensation is controlled.

E90 is designed in the spirit of ETEM Energy Efficient Systems, a concept of ETEM to create new products in compliance with energy efficiency parameters, sustainable development and improv-ing the working conditions

Ε85 is modern, state-of-the-art, mullion – transom façade system. It is the result of 2.5 years of re-search, which integrated the know-how of energy efficiency technology and characteristics with current and future building construction requirements.

Its 50mm column width design ensures full compliance with the strictest international specifications and renders high thermal and water tightness performance.

E85 is a complete system that incorporates different construction solutions and gives the Architect the ability to design beyond conventional restrictions. Atriums, corner constructions, domes, pyra-mids, cupolas and curved constructions are feasible and easy to construct with E85.

The certifications the system acquired, which were obtained from accredited European laborato-ries in accordance with European and American specifications, prove that E85 is one of the top fa-cades available.

E8000 is designed to successfully meet any architectural or struc-tural demand. Being designed on modern views on functionality, it ensures thermal and noise insula-tion.

It is a reliable and popular especially for the construction of big projects – shopping malls, airports, stations, etc. The system has a superior earthquake protection design and meets all modern struc-tural and technological requirements.

E8000 unique feature is the cassette structure built on a traditional stick system. Thus, it allows top hung or parallel opening vents with the same outer appearance as the fixed cassettes. Internally in the cassettes, the system allows the usage of different types of materials while exter-nally photovoltaic panels and sun protection systems can be harmonically incorporated with E8000.

E85 AntiVandal is a curtain Wall system that was specially de-signed to offer supreme Burglar protection resistance and bullet proof protection.

Applied mostly in commercial applications such as banks, post offices and other applications that protection is of primary concern, E85 is cer-tified in various protection levels, Wk2, Wk3 and Wk4 Burglar resistant and FB4 Bullet Proof pro-tection.

However, E85 AntiVandal remains a 50mm cur-tain wall system with excellent performance and durability that is compatible with all if ETEM’s Ar-chitectural systems.

E85 is a modern system that has been success-fully applied in projects in over 15 countries that offers complete constructional and architectural solutions.

The sun protection louvers pro-vide two of the most important as-pects in contemporary construc-tion – the protection against over-heating during summer and con-trolled access of natural light.

The system is for mounting ceramic tiles Kera Twin K15/K18 of Agrob Buchtal and it is developed together with the leading German producer. The system differs from the existing solutions because it has a main supporting profile which shape enables a precise fixing of the gap between adjacent tiles.

Vario Agrob Buchtal K20 This ventilated façade system is designed for the installation of Agrob Buchtal ceramic tiles Kera Twin K20, again developed in cooperation with Agrob Buchtal. The innovative system rail provides even more efficient and quick mounting – the panels are installed simply by hanging them.

Vario undercut The system is designed for invisible mounting of thin and smooth façade materials using undercut anchors. The undercut anchors, system accessories and designed profiles allow for secure mounting of the material

The system is designed for mount-ing heavy façade materials with thickness more than 20mm. The profiles and accessories are con-structed to bear extreme pres-sures caused by façade materials with weights up to 90 kg per sq.m. Forte ventilated system uses Fischer® fixing anchors to guar-antee the connections between the façade material and the main bearing structure of the system. It is uniqie undercut technology for drilling and mounting of the an-chor on the back (invisible) sec-tion of the façade material.
