Before you begin …
Do you remember your Blackboard Password?
No, I don’t remember my blackboard passwordPlease contact your online teacher or email [email protected]
Step 1: Log in
• Using your favorite browser, go to the Blackboard login page
• Log into blackboard using your old password
Step 2: Personal Information
There are two ways to navigate to Personal Information:1. My Classes2. My Blackboard
Step 2a: Personal Information - My Classes
• Click on My Classes• In the Tools area, click on Personal Information
• Proceed to Step 3
Step 2b: Personal Information - My Blackboard
• Click on My Blackboard• Click on Settings• Click on Personal Information
• Proceed to Step 3
Step 3: Change Password
• Click on Change Password• In the first box (Password), type in your new password• In the second box (Verify Password), retype your new password
• Click on Submit
Congratulations!
You have successfully changed your password.
