Introduction to Essential Oils

What is an Essential Oil?Volatile concentrated liquid contained inside every plant, shrub, tree, or flower. An EO can be 200-10,000x stronger than its herb counterpart. Herbs/vitamins often require large doses to reach therapeutic levels. EO less is more!

How are they extracted?EO are extracted several different ways steam distilled, cold pressed (rinds of citrus oils), resin tapped (sap from certain shrubs or trees), or solvent/chemical extracted.

Solvent extraction is a very cheap method, however the solvent will mix with the EO in the final product.

Ways to use:

Topically- Directly on desired area, bottom of feet, vita flex pointsOils are in the blood in 3 sec.

Direct Inhalation access to limbic system on the brain, emotions

Diffuse in a room cleans the air, kills bacteria, viruses, mold etc. Effects the mood in the room

Internally - put in empty capsule, put in water, juice, or NingXia Red
