All Purpose Scrub/Mask

1 tsp. Blue Cornmeal in a little warm water1 drop Young Living Lavender essential oil

1 drop Young Living Ylang Ylang essential oil

Mix all ingredients together and apply to face in gentle circular motions. Rinse well, pat dry.

Strawberry or Raspberry Body Rub

3-4 drops Lemon, Lavender or Rosewood 1 cup fine sea salt3 ripe strawberries or raspberries1 tbsp. apricot or almond oil

Pour salt into a bowl, add the essential oil and strawberries or raspberries and mash together.

Rub a small handful of the salt mixture over your body in brisk yet gentle circular motions - spending extra time on knees, elbows and heels.

Rinse off. No moisturizer needed.

Note: can be stored in refrigerator in a covered container for up to two weeks - ready to use.
