Since Esscano Power was established in 1991,we have sold and installed more than 20 steamturbines, with outputs ranging from 3 MWe toover 30 MWe.

In 1999, our facility in the United Kingdomopened. Since then it has participated in sellingand supporting installation of steam turbines inNorthern Europe.

In 2002, we acquired a company with expertisein damper systems. Since then we have furtherdeveloped and rened a wide variety of signicantdamper solutions.

In 2011, we established a joint venture in Pune,India, with a local partner, to supply the fastgrowing Indian energy market with engineereddampers for power plants.

Our ability to design and manufacture customizedindustrial and retrot dampers has resulted inmajor sales all over the world. This is supported byour site installation and commissioning services.

Today, Esscano Power is a leading manufacturerand supplier to the industrial damper marketworldwide. We supply and support complexdamper and diverter systems.

General types of dampers: Buttery dampers,louvre dampers, diverter dampers, biplanedampers, guillotine dampers, ap isolators/nonreturn dampers.

Special dampers: For the food processingindustry and other sanitary applications,100% sealing dampers without seal air,collaboratively designed dampers.

Applications: Filter systems, ue gas cleaning,gas turbines, boiler and diesel plants, processand cement industry, renery and offshoreinstallations.

Temperatures: From -80C to 1100C

Tightness: As per customer requirements.Up to 100% sealing can be achieved with orwithout sealing air. All types are ambient tight.

Actuators: Manual, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic,all available from any manufacturer.

Accessories: Ducts, expansion joints, controls,exhaust systems etc.

Service: Repair and modication on any makeof damper.

SolidWorks, the 3D tool for design. This ensures the product is functionally

correct and that all production drawingswill be fully in accordance with thedesigned damper.

Flow Simulation, where gas-owthrough channels can be investigatedthoroughly according to the specicdamper and media. Temperatureeffects, ow effects and pressuredrops are analyzed and data canbe transferred to simulation forstress/strength calculations.

SolidWorks Simulation, where designs are analyzedusing SolidWorks Simulationnite element analysis to ensurethe optimum design to meet thecustomers requirements.Designs can be done in accordancewith DIN, EN, ISO & API standards.
