Open to all African and Indian citizens

under the age of 35 years.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION

Eligibility Candidates must be under the age of 35 years

as on 31st December, 2013. Proof of the samewill have to be submitted.

Participation is open to individuals only.

CONTEST 2012-13Guidelines

Technical Criteria e submissions can be sent in English,

French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Hindiand Swahili.

e essay should be in 2000 words or less. e essay should include a title and

word count.

Submitted entries that have been awardedat other competitions will not be considered

eligible for entry and will face immediate

disqualication. More detailed biographical information

may later be requested from the shortlisted

candidates.

Submitted entries should be unpublishedand original work of the participant.
