Positioning and connectionPositioning1. Placetheapplianceinawell-ventilatedhumidity-freeroom.2. Do not obstruct the rear fan grills. The compressor and

condensergiveoffheatandrequiregoodventilationtooperatecorrectly and save energy.

3. Leaveaspaceofatleast10cmbetweenthetoppartoftheapplianceandanyfurnitureaboveit,andatleast5cmbetweenthesidesandanyfurniture/sidewalls.

4. Ensuretheapplianceisawayfromanysourcesofheat(directsunlight,electricstove,etc.).

5. Inordertomaintainthecorrectdistancebetweentheapplianceandthewallbehindit,fitthespacerssuppliedintheinstallationkit,followingtheinstructionsprovided.

Levelling1. Installtheapplianceonalevelandrigidfloor.2. Ifthefloorisnotperfectlyhorizontal,adjusttherefrigeratorby

tightening or loosening the front feet.

Electrical connectionsAfter the appliance has been transported, carefully place itvertically and wait at least 3 hours before connecting it to the electricitymains.Beforeinsertingtheplugintotheelectricalsocketensurethefollowing:

• Theapplianceisearthedandtheplugiscompliantwiththelaw.• Thesocketcanwithstandthemaximumpoweroftheappliance,

whichisindicatedonthedataplatelocatedonthebottomleftsideofthefridge(e.g.150W).

• Thevoltagemustbeintherangebetweenthevaluesindicatedon thedataplate locatedon thebottom leftside(e.g.220-240V).

• The socket is compatiblewith theplugof theappliance. Ifthesocket is incompatiblewith theplug,askanauthorisedtechniciantoreplaceit(see Assistance).Donotuseextensioncordsormultiplesockets.

!Oncetheappliancehasbeeninstalled,thepowersupplycableand the electrical socket must be easily accessible.!Thecablemustnotbebentorcompressed.!Thecablemustbecheckedregularlyandreplacedbyauthorisedtechnicians only (see Assistance).! The manufacturer declines any liability should these safety measures not be observed.

Start-up and useStarting the appliance

! Before starting the appliance, follow the installation instructions (see Installation).!Beforeconnectingtheappliance,cleanthecompartmentsandaccessories well with lukewarm water and bicarbonate.!Theappliancecomeswithamotorprotectioncontrolsystemwhichmakes the compressor start approximately 8minutesafterbeingswitchedon.Thecompressoralsostartseachtimethepower supply is cut offwhether voluntarily or involuntarily(blackout).

1. SettheFREEZEROPERATIONknobon . 2. Insert the plug into the socket and ensure that the green

POWERindicatorlightilluminates.3. Turn theREFRIGERATOROPERATIONknob toanaverage

value.Aftera fewhoursyouwillbeable toput food in therefrigerator.

4. TurntheFREEZEROPERATIONknobtoanaveragevalueandpresstheSUPERFREEZEbutton(rapidfreezing):theSUPERFREEZEindicatorlightwillilluminate.Oncetherefrigeratorhasreachedtheoptimaltemperature,theindicatorlightgoesoutand you can begin food storage.

Chiller system No Frost

TheNoFrostsystemcirculatescoldaircontinuously tocollecthumidityandpreventiceandfrostformation.Thesystemmaintainsan optimal humidity level in the compartment, preserving theoriginal quality of the food, preventing the food from stickingtogetherandmakingdefrostingathingofthepast.Donotblocktheaerationcellsbyplacingfoodorcontainersindirectcontactwith therefrigeratingbackpanel.Closebottlesandwrapfoodtightly.

Using the refrigerator to its full potential• Placeonlycoldorlukewarmfoodsinthecompartment,never

hotfoods(seePrecautionsandtips).• Rememberthatcookedfoodsdonotlastlongerthanrawfoods.• Donotstoreliquidsinopencontainers:theywillincreasethe

level of humidity in the refrigerator and cause condensation to form.

SHELVES: with or without grill. Due to the specialguides the shelvesare removableand theheightisadjustable(seediagram),allowingeasystorageoflargecontainersandfood.Heightcanbeadjustedwithoutcompleteremoval of the shelf.

2. Iftheword“OK”doesnotappearitmeansthatthetemperatureistoohigh:adjusttheREFRIGERATOROPERATIONknobtoahigherposition(colder)andwaitapproximately10hoursuntilthetemperaturehasbeenstabilised.

3. Checktheindicatorlightagain:ifnecessary,readjustitfollowingtheinitialprocess.Iflargequantitiesoffoodhavebeenaddedor if the refrigeratordoorhasbeenopened frequently, it isnormalfortheindicatornottoshowOK.Waitatleast10hoursbeforeadjustingtheREFRIGERATOROPERATIONknobtoahigher setting.

Food Care Zone *Areadedicatedtothestorageoffreshfood,suchasmeatandfish.Thankstothelowtemperatureinsidethecompartment,theFoodCareZoneextendstheperiodof timeforwhichthefoodcanbestored,keepingitfreshforuptoaweek.

Dual led *Thanks to thepowerful light itemits, thenewdualLED lightingsystemoffersaclearviewofallfoods,withnoshadowyareas.If theLEDsneed tobe replaced,pleasecontact theTechnicalAssistanceService.

Using the freezer to its full potential• UsetheFREEZEROPERATIONknobtoadjustthetemperature

(seeDescription).• Donotre-freezefoodthatisdefrostingorthathasalreadybeen

defrosted. These foods must be cooked and eaten (within 24 hours).

• Freshfoodthatneedstobefrozenmustnotcomeintocontactwithfoodthathasalreadybeendefrosted.FreshfoodmustbestoredinthetopFREEZERandSTORAGEcompartmentwhere the temperaturedropsbelow -18°Candguaranteesrapidfreezing.

• To freeze fresh food in thebest and safestwaypossible,activatetheSUPERFREEZEfunction24hoursbeforeplacingthefoodinthefreezer.Afterplacingthefoodinside,activatethe SUPER FREEZE function again; it will be deactivatedautomaticallyafter24hours;

• Donotplaceglassbottleswhichcontainliquids,andwhicharecorked or hermetically sealed in the freezer because they could break.

• Themaximumquantity of food thatmaybe frozendaily isindicated on the plate containing the technical propertieslocatedonthebottomleftsideoftherefrigeratorcompartment(forexample:Kg/24h:4).

! To avoid blocking the air circulation inside the freezer compartment,itisadvisablenottoobstructtheventilationholeswith food or containers.!Donotopenthedoorduringfreezing.!Ifthereisapowercutormalfunction,donotopenthefreezerdoor.Thiswillhelpmaintainthetemperatureinsidethefreezer,ensuringthatfoodsareconservedforatleast9-14hours.

Easy Ice *Thedoubletubwasdesignedtooptimisespaceinthefreezercompartmentandtoensurethaticeisalwaysreadilyavailable.Thetrayscanbestackedorfilledandusedseparately.Furthermore, the special fasteningsystemmakesEasy Iceanextremelyflexiblesolution,asitcanbepositionedintherightorleftpartofthetopdrawers.

Maintenance and careSwitching the appliance offDuringcleaningandmaintenanceitisnecessarytodisconnecttheappliancefromtheelectricitysupply:

Cleaning the appliance• Theexternalandinternalparts,aswellastherubbersealsmay

becleanedusingaspongethathasbeensoakedinlukewarmwaterandbicarbonateofsodaorneutralsoap.Donotusesolvents,abrasiveproducts,bleachorammonia.

• Theremovableaccessoriesmaybesoakedinwarmwaterandsoapordishwashingliquid.Rinseanddrythemcarefully.

• Thebackof the appliancemaycollect dustwhich canberemoved by delicately using the hose of a vacuum cleaner set onmediumpower.Theappliancemustbeswitchedoffandtheplugmustbepulledoutbeforecleaningtheappliance.

Avoiding mould and unpleasant odours• Theapplianceismanufacturedwithhygienicmaterialswhich

areodourfree.Inordertomaintainanodourfreerefrigeratorandtopreventtheformationofstains,foodmustalwaysbecoveredorsealedproperly.

• Ifyouwanttoswitchtheapplianceoffforanextendedperiodoftime,cleantheinsideandleavethedoorsopen.

Holiday functionTominimiseenergyusagewhenonholiday,itisnotnecessarytoswitchtheapplianceoff.Theappliancehasafunctionwhichallowsittomaintainthetemperatureoftherefrigeratorcompartmentatapproximately12°C(whichcanalsobeusedtoconservemake-upandbeautyproducts).Thefreezertemperaturemustbesettotheminimumvalueinordertopreservethefood.

To enable the function:

settheREFRIGERATOROPERATIONknobon .A double acoustic signal informs you when it has been enabled. A single acoustic signal informs you when it has been disabled.

General safety• Theappliancewasdesignedfordomesticuseinsidethehome

and is not intended for commercial or industrial use.• Theappliancemustbeusedtostoreandfreezefoodproducts

by adults only and according to the instructions in this manual.• Theappliancemustnotbeinstalledoutdoors,evenincovered

areas. It is extremely dangerous to leave the applianceexposedtorainandstorms.

• Donottouchtheappliancewithbarefeetorwithwetormoisthands and feet.

• Donottouchtheinternalcoolingelements:thiscouldcauseskinabrasionsorfrost/freezerburns.

• Whenunpluggingtheappliancealwayspulltheplugfromthemainssocket,donotpullonthecable.

• Before cleaning andmaintenance, always switch off theapplianceanddisconnectitfromtheelectricalsupply.ItisnotsufficienttosettheTEMPERATUREADJUSTMENTknobsonOFF(applianceoff)toeliminateallelectricalcontact.

• Inthecaseofamalfunction,undernocircumstancesshouldyouattempttorepairtheapplianceyourself.Repairscarriedout by inexperiencedpersonsmay cause injury or furthermalfunctioningoftheappliance.

• Donotuseanysharporpointedutensilsorelectricalequipment-otherthanthetyperecommendedbythemanufacturer-insidethefrozenfoodstoragecompartments.

• Donotputicecubestakendirectlyfromthefreezerintoyourmouth.

• Thisapplianceisnotintendedforusebypersons(includingchildren)withreducedphysical,sensoryorlackofexperienceand knowledge unless they have been given supervisionor instructionconcerninguseof theappliancebyapersonresponsiblefortheirsafety.Childrenshouldbesupervisedto

ensurethattheydonotplaywiththeappliance.• Keeppackagingmaterialoutofthereachofchildren!Itcan

become a choking or suffocation hazard.

Disposal• Observe local environmental standards when disposing

Respecting and conserving the environment• Installtheapplianceinafreshandwell-ventilatedroom.Ensure

thatitisprotectedfromdirectsunlightanddonotplaceitnearheat sources.

• Trytoavoidkeepingthedooropenforlongperiodsoropeningthedoortoofrequentlyinordertoconserveenergy.

• Donot fill theappliancewith toomuch food: coldairmustcirculatefreelyforfoodtobepreservedproperly.Ifcirculationisimpeded,thecompressorwillworkcontinuously.

• Donotplacehotfooddirectlyintotherefrigerator.Theinternaltemperaturewill increaseandforcethecompressortoworkharder and will consume more energy.

• Defrosttheapplianceificeforms(see Maintenance). A thick layeroficemakescoldtransferencetofoodproductsmoredifficultandresultsinincreasedenergyconsumption.

TroubleshootingIftheappliancedoesnotwork,beforecallingforAssistance(seeAssistance),checkforasolutionfromthefollowinglist.

The green POWER indicator light does not illuminate.• Theplughasnotbeeninsertedintotheelectricalsocket,ornot

farenoughtomakecontact,orthereisnopowerinthehouse.

The motor does not start.• The appliancecomeswith amotor protection control (see

Start-up and use).

The indicator lights are on but the light is dim.• Pulloutandreversetheplugbeforeputtingitbackinthesocket.

على الهواء البارد أن ينتشر ال تمأل الجهاز بكمية طعام مبالغ بها: •بحرية لحماية الطعام بأفضل شكل ممكن. إذا تمت إعاقة انتشار الهواء، فإن

نظام الضغط سيعمل باستمرار.

ال تضع األطعمة الساخنة في الثالجة مباشرة. سترتفع درجة الحرارة الداخلية •مما يجعل نظام الضغط يعمل بجهد وسيستهلك طاقة أكبر.

قم بإذابة الجهاز إذا تكّون الجليد )أنظر الصيانة(. إن طبقة سميكة من الجليد •تزيد من صعوبة تمرير الهواء البارد إلى األطعمة وتؤدي إلى زيادة استهالك

الطاقة.

افحص مطاط إحكام الباب بانتظام ونّظفه للتأكد من خلوه من األوساخ •ولتحاشي تسّرب الهواء البارد إلى الخارج )انظر الصيانة(.

الصيانة والعناية

إيقاف تشغيل الجهاز

من الضروري، خالل عملية التنظيف والصيانة، فصل الجهاز عن التزويد الكهربائي:

اضبط مفتاح تشغيل حجرة التجميد لوضع التشغيل .1

اسحب القابس من المقبس. .2

! إذا لم يتم تنفيذ هذه العملية، يمكن أن ُيسمع إنذار. ال يعني هذا اإلنذار وجود خلل. إلعادة استرداد العملية الطبيعية، يكفي أن تعّد مفتاح عمل حجرة التجميد

للقيمة المراد بها. لفصل الجهاز، اتبع المرحلتين 1 و 2 أعاله.

تنظيف الجهاز

األجزاء الخارجية واألجزاء الداخلية وكذلك األجزاء المطاطية يمكن تنظيفها •باستخدام إسفنجة مبللة بالماء الفاتر وبيكربونات الصوديوم أو الصابون غير

المتفاعل. ال تستخدم المواد المذيبة، المنتجات الكاشطة، المبّيضات أو األمونيا.

يمكن نقع األدوات القابلة للتفكيك في الماء الفاتر والصابون أو في سائل غسل •األطباق. اشطفها وجففها بحذر.

يمكن للجهة الخلفية من الجهاز أن تلتقط الغبار الذي يمكن إزالته بنعومة •باستخدام خرطوم مكنسة كهربائية تم ضبطها بقوة متوسطة. يجب إيقاف

تشغيل الجهاز وفصل القابس قبل تنظيف الجهاز.

تحاشي التعًفن والروائح الكريهة

تم تصنيع الجهاز من مواد صحية خالية من الروائح الكريهة. للحفاظ على •الثالجة خالية من الروائح الكريهة ولتحاشي تكون األوساخ، يجب دائما تغطية

األطعمة أو إحكامها كما يجب.

إذا رغبت في إيقاف تشغيل الجهاز لمدة أطول من الوقت، نظف الجزء •الداخلي منه واترك األبواب مفتوحة.

Holiday وظيفة اإلجازة

لتقليل استهالك الطاقة إلى الحد األدنى، خالل إجازة، ال حاجة إلى إيقاف تشغيل الجهاز. الجهاز مزود بوظيفة تتيح له الحفاظ على درجة حرارة الثالجة بمعدل

12 درجة مئوية تقريبا )حيث يمكن أيضا استخدامه لحفظ مستحضرات الماكياج والتجميل(. يجب ضبط درجة حرارة حجرة التجميد للحد األدنى من القيمة بهدف

الحفاظ على الطعام. لتشغيل الوظيفة: اضبط مفتاح تشغيل حجرة الثالجة لوضع التشغيل .

ستصدر إشارة صوتية مزدوجة لتبليغك عند تشغيل الوظيفة. ستصدر إشارة صوتية منفردة لتبليغك عند إيقاف تشغيل الوظيفة.

استخدام حجرة التجميد بقدرتها الكاملة

استخدم مفتاح حجرة التجميد لضبط درجة الحرارة )أنظر الوصف(. •

ال تعيد تجميد األطعمة الذائبة أو التي كان قد أذيب تجميدها. يجب لهذه األطعمة أن •ُتطبخ وتؤكل )خالل 24 ساعة(.

على األطعمة الطازجة التي تحتاج إلى تجميد أال تالمس األطعمة التي تمت إذابة •تجميدها. يجب وضع األطعمة الطازجة في حجرة التجميد والتخزين العلوية حيث

تنخفض درجة الحرارة فيها إلى 18- درجة مئوية وتضمن تجميدا سريعا.

ال تضع القناني الزجاجية التي تحتوي على السوائل، والمسدودة بسداسة أو محكمة •اإلغالق، في حجرة التجميد ألنها يمكن أن تنكسر.

كمية الأطعمة القصوى التي يمكن تجميدها يوميا محددة في اللوحة التي تحتوي على •الخصائص التقنية، الموجودة في الجهة السفلية اليسرى من حجرة الثلاجة )على سبيل

المثال: كغم/24 ساعة: 4(.

للتجميد )في حال كانت حجرة التجميد تعمل مسبقا(: • اضغط زر التجميد السريع SUPER FREEZE )يضيء المؤشر الأصفر

بالملاءمة،( أدخل األطعمة واغلق الباب . يتم توقيف العملية بعد 24 ساعة أو عند الوصول إلى درجة الحرارة المثلى )ينطفئ المؤشر

! لتحاشي انسداد دورة الهواء داخل حجرة التجميد، ُينصح بعدم سد فتحات التهوءة باألطعمة أو الحاويات.

! ال تفتح الباب خالل التجميد.

! إذا حدث انقطاع أو خلل في التيار الكهربائي، ال تفتح باب حجرة التجميد. هذا سيساعد على الحفاظ على درجة الحرارة داخل حجرة التجميد، ويضمن حفظ

األطعمة لمدة 14-9 ساعة على األقل.

نظام التبريد

بشكل متواصل لجمع الرطوبة وتحاشي تكون الثلج والجليد. يحافظ النظام على مستوى رطوبةأمثل في الحجرة، يحافظ على طزاجة األطعمة،

يحول دون األطعمة من االلتصاق ببعضها ويجعل إذابة التجميد شيئا من الماضي. ال تسد

فتحات التهوئة بوضع األطعمة أو الحاويات بحيث تالمس لوحة التبريد الخلفية مباشرة. أقفل الزجاجات وغّلف األطعمة

بإحكام.

استخدام الثالجة بقدرتها الكاملةضع الأطعمة الباردة أو الفاترة فقط في الحجرة، وليس األطعمة الساخنة

تذكر أن األطعمة المطبوخة ال تدوم لمدة أطول من األطعمة النيئة.

تحديد الموضع والتوصيل

تحديد الموضعضع الجهاز في غرفة جيدة التهوئة وخالية من الرطوبة. .1

ال تسد شبكات المروحة الخلفية. يطلق نظام الضغط والمكّثف الحرارة، وهما .2يحتاجان إلى تهوئة جيدة ليعمال بشكل صحيح ولتوفير الطاقة.

أترك مسافة ال تقل عن 10 سم بين الجزء العلوي من الجهاز وبين أي أثاث .3موجود فوقه، و 5 سم على األقل بين جوانب الجهاز وأي أثاث/جدران جانبية.

تأكد من أن الجهاز بعيد عن أي مصادر حرارية )أشعة الشمس المباشرة، مدفأة .4كهربائية وما شابه ذلك(.

بهدف الحفاظ على المسافة الصحيحة بين الجهاز والحائط الموجود خلفه، ضع .5قطع الحفاظ على المسافة المزودة بحزمة التركيب، باتباع التعليمات المزّودة.

تحديد المستوىرّكب الجهاز على مسطح مستو وأرضية صلبة. .1

الموجودة في الجهة السفلية اليسرى من الثالجة )مثال 150 واط(.أن الجهد الكهربائي يجب أن يتراوح ما بين القيم المشار إليها في لوحة البيانات •

الموجودة في الجهة السفلية اليسرى )مثال 240-220 فولط(.المقبس متوافق مع قابس الجهاز. •

إذا لم يكن المقبس متوافقا مع القابس، اطلب من فنّي مؤهل أن يقوم بتغييره )أنظر المساعدة(. ال تستخدم كبالت اإلطالة أو المقابس المتعددة.

! بعد أن تم تركيب الجهاز، يجب أن يكون كبل تزويد الطاقة والمقبس الكهربائي قابلين للوصول السهل.
