Many inventions begin as simple life hacks that help solvea simple problem.

But, whats a hack?

A hack is simply a clever solution to a problem.

Here are some examples of simple hacks for everyday problems.

The problem: So many cords on the floor

The Hack: Use a binder clip to holdyour cords on the side of your desk

The Product:

The Problem: Sometimes, a recipe will call for eggwhites (but not egg yolks). It can be difficult to separate the egg white and the yolk

The Hack: If you drop an egg yolk, youcan separate if from the white by using a water bottle

The Problem: So many different keys which is which?

The Hack: Use nail polish to paint your keys so youcan easily find the key youre looking for.

Work with your group of masterminds toinvent a solution to each of these everyday problems.

Your teacher will pick a winner for eachproblem.
