The years 5/6 students went on an overnight excursion to Sydney. Over the two days we were there we did some really funny activities like Parliament House, The Art Gallery, Imax, China Town an many more. It was also a great experience to have and we also learnt lots of information on many things.

Our first stop for lunch ……we sat under the Sydney Harbour Bridge as we also saw a nice view of the Opera House. After we had our lunch and taken a few pictures we a boarded back onto the coach.

In Parliament House we also got to met Greg Piper our local member of Lake Macquarie council. We were then seated to watch question time.

At Taronga zoo we had a safari walk and saw all the nocturnal animals . Taronga Western Plains Zoo was the first open range zoo in Australia.

On the second day we walked across the harbour bridge and had different seasons every 3 or 4 minutes it was a very memorable experience for most of us even know we were drenched we had heaps of fun.

ART GALLERYAt the art gallery we were split into 4 groups and were taken into different sections of the art gallery . Mr.Bs group was asked if we would have the pieces in our house which made it more exciting.

At Manly!!

At Manly we had Lunch , We had a

sandwich , a drink of orange or apple juice and piece of fruit and

a fruit cake.

THAT’S COOL

We went to see hubble 3D at the start of the movie were trying to catch the stars..

But Jaeleigh and lauren had better plans to catch the stars on their tounges.

WE ATE FROM A LAND CALLED CHINA TOWN!!

At china town there was different types of delicious food .Yumm Yumm
