Session 1: Dive Deep with the new Discovery Education
Description: Dive into the new Discovery Education! We'll fill the gaps with helpful information on navigating, talk about the new and exciting enhancements, and uncover some resources that you never knew you had! From the TEKS search to the new QuickList, this session will prepare you to springboard into deeper Discovery Education integration in your classroom.
Session 2: 50 Ways to Integrate Discovery Education
Description: Did you know that Discovery Education Streaming has videos, an interactive atlas, dynamic calendar, thousands of quiz questions, images, speeches, and sound effects? Did you know that Discovery Education is also accessible on the iPad without an app? From English to Science, from iPads to PCs, you will walk away from this session with hundreds of new integration strategies for the new Discovery Education Streaming!
Session 3: Student Engagement with Discovery Education
Description: Put the power of learning at your student’s fingertips through our redesigned Student Center. With unique logins, students can browse grade-specific content and access personalized assignments. In this session, we will demonstrate new ways to deliver resources to motivate students, engage higher order thinking, and achieve curriculum learning goals with the support of the Discovery Education Classroom Manager and Builder Tools.
