specialty café offers drinks all day to compliment the

At Eight + Sand Kitchen we believe happiness is linked to

“Eight + Sand” is a term once used by train crews to bid
well wishes for a quick and safe journey. Located on
Charlotte’s light rail, it felt fitting to wish our customers
and friends a safe journey as they visit us and then go
about their day. Whether breakfast, lunch, an afternoon
snack or dinner, our kitchen is well-versed to serve your
present moment.

and flavor. Sourdoughs are made using
heritage Turkey Red wheat berries stone
