sCentre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT)

• C-DOT is an Indian Government owned telecommunications technology development centre.

• Established in 1984, its initial mandate was of designing and developing digital exchanges.

• C-DOT has expanded to develop intelligent computer software applications. It is one of the few Indian Government organisations which have been appraised at Maturity Level 5 of CMMI-DEV v1.3

• C-DOT Developed the country’s first indigenous oneM2M compliant Platform (CCSP)

• As most of the IoT/M2M and Smart Cities solutions are proprietary and siloed, C-DOT took it upon itself to participate in the Global Standardisation initiative towards IoT/M2M communication

20-21 Nov 2019MCMC, MTSB DIGITAL OUTLOOK SERIES 2019, CYBERJAYA, MALAYSIA REVOLUTIONISING

COMMUNICATIONS, PROGRESSING HUMANITYSlide No 5

• C-DOT has led the development by participating in the followingoneM2M Interop Events

• 2nd Interop Event held in South Korea

• 3rd Interop Event Held in Kobe, Japan

• 4th Interop Event held in Taipei, Taiwan

• 5th Interop Event held in South Korea

• CCSP Interoperability testing has been undertaken withInterdigital; LAAS-CRNS, France; HPE; NTT – Japan; KETI, Korea;DEKRA – Germany; III – Institute for Information Industry; SejongUniversity

• CCSP Conformance testing has been undertaken with ETSI waswith ETSI

• C-DOT had been actively contributing in oneM2M specificationssince 2015. It has made 250+ contributions in Architecture,Protocol, Security specifications of oneM2M standards• C-DOT is engaged with the
