Since February 2006 as a team leader of PT NHM Civil Services I developed a

solid multi functions and multi skills work team for years.

In my period of service it was proven that my team was always applied as the

part of the project core team in most of PT NHM various surface projects.

Unavailability of the civil design engineer position required me to act as civil

superintendent, design engineer, and drafter at the same time in order to work

with the survey team could be implemented. Surpac was the PT NHM standard

software. To make the survey team worked easier, I very often applied the

Autodesk Land Development Desktop file conversion (DXF file) for survey

purposes. The survey team would convert it back to the Surpac format file and

upload it to the Total Station. This technic was proven very efficient for staking

out earthworks and roadworks construction points on the field.

I was directly involved in collaborative with K1 and/then K2 GEP (PDG) team,

contractors, and operators in the :

Earthworks of Kencana underground portal and supporting areas

Earthworks of Paste Plant area (by the request of the project manager I implemented the Autodesk Land Development Desktop to design the

grading and access road)

Construction of Kencana portal to Gosowong haul road (also by the request of the project manager I implemented the Autodesk Land Development

Desktop to design the haul road geometric betterment)

Earthworks of K2 facilities and supporting areas

Earthworks of Tailing Storage Facility up lift (northern side) and its facilities areas.

At the same time I provided leadership, direction, supervision, and motivation to

my team member including contractors (PT Sinar Terang Mandiri, PT Nabe

Surya Lestari, and PT Intim Kara) in daily based routine jobs :

Road maintenance around Gosowong site and Kobok airstrip
