9. Placement If at any stage, it is discoveredthat any CollegeTeachingthrough fake / Interns (CTI) obtained this placement on the basis ofbogus forged / bogus document or through deceit by anydocuments means, the placement shall be considered void ab initio

and the CTI shall be liable to refund all amounts receivedfrom the Government as a consequence of his I herplacement in addition to such other action as may betaken against him I her under the law.

10. Recovery of The College Teaching Interns (CTI) \ViII be liable toloss recovery of any pecuniary losscaused to the employer.

1l. Joining Period TI-e College Teaching Interns (m) will have to Joindutieswithin 7 days after the issuance of offer of placementotherwise the offer shall stand withdrawn.

12. No right of The placement shall not confer any right of regularregular placement nor shall such placement be regularized underplacement any circumstances.

Teaching Interns (CTrs). ,04. Following actions are reiterated for the sike of transparency ofrecruitment process and the Principals of the Corege concerned are requested tocomply within letter and spirit;

a) Enrolment of Students in 2nd Shift classeswill not be conskJeredforneed assessment of CTI's. The Principal found guilty of concealingthe fact in this regard, shall be proceeded under PEEDAAct·200G.

b) Marks of the Interview will not be useo asa disqualification criteria.c) No demand for payment to Crt's will be entertained without the

endorsement of the Director (Colleges), concemed.

d) Marks for the Position Holders will be granted upon productlon of acertlficate by the candidate Issued from the respective Board IUniversity Controller.Quantification of academic qualification will be madeon the basis ofdetailed marks certificates (OMC's) of the candidate. In case ofCGPA, following method will be adopted for conversionof CGPA Intopercentage of marks.Note: where OMC (0/0 age and CGPA both are present, %

age shall be counted). In case of any confusion with regardto CGPA, the HEC formula shall be applied for conversion ofCGPA into % age.
