The ERPN is the pump ofchoice for severe chemical,petrochemical, refining andheavy duty industrial service.The ERPN provides users withall of the important mechanical,hydraulic, emissions controland safety components furnished by Flowserve for all specific applications.

The ERPN pump is of horizontal,end suction-top discharge,overhung centerline mountedconfiguration. With the exception of the bearing housing support plate, theERPN is fully compliant with API 610 (OH2).

The ERPN, available in all API610 material combinations, canalso be equipped with specialfeatures needed for demandingservice requirements, including:• High suction pressure casing• Fan cooled bearing housing

(optional water cooled)• Steam jacketing• Hot oil construction

The Flowserve ERPN pump line,founded on the engineering andsafety parameters of API 610,is designed around a modularsystem. This modular systemprovides maximum mechanicaland hydraulic design flexibilityand allows each pump to becustomized for an individualapplication.

The modular system, building offa platform of standard compo-nents, draws upon the followingoptional configurations:• Closed impeller with front

and back wear rings forstandard services

• Inducer design for low NPSHAservice requirements

• Semi-open impeller designwith back vanes for liquidscontaining abrasive particles

• Free flow impeller design withback vanes for non-cloggingapplications containing fibers,solids, etc.

The ERPN-M range of seallessprocess pumps is the solutionfor applications where leakage-free pumping of hazardous,toxic, explosive or ultra-highvaluable liquids is required, andany emissions or leakage due
