Ericsson Engineering Performance Review •Manager Comments (Steve Pflug 2009): Shawn is consistent, dependable and accurate in carrying out responsibilities to a successful conclusion. He has done an outstanding job this performance period and has exceeded expectations. Shawn has developed into one of our strongest engineers and is one of my “Go To” engineers that I can count on to complete any task on time with exceptional quality. Shawn is invaluable as a source of SME knowledge on our team and demonstrates an exemplary set of skills across the board on our engineering team. He has puts out a tremendous amount of work while making himself available to help junior engineers. He has helped take over projects from other engineers (or leaving employees) when needed and often takes on “one off” projects. Shawn continually sets the example for his peers. His willingness to take on new responsibilities has been critical to any success the region has experienced to date. Shawn has been a “go to engineer” for process questions and technical issues on several key processes and platforms. He has demonstrated a positive attitude under a heavy work load and consistently strives to improve his knowledge as well as others.
