The Innovation Poles are coordination structures among different actors of a specific sector

set up for providing services with a high added value and infrastructure for innovation.

The aim is to stimulate the request for innovation, while promoting the outlining of technological and strategic

problems (logistical, planning and marketing ones) to be faced jointly.

 

INOVATION POLES

Each Pole has to put together a significant number of enterprises.

The actors of the Innovation Pole jointly define the strategies for the investments and development of the Pole itself.

The participation of research bodies is not compulsory.

Each Innovation Pole defines a managing body with the task of activities coordination.

The Innovation Poles’ managing actors are juridical bodies acting in the regional territory with the task of coordination among the

different actors of a specific sector.
