Eric’s interest in art came at a very young age. Art runs in his blood on his father’s side. Eric’s father taught and created art. His father and grandfather were painters and sculptors. Although he has taken some art instruction, he considers himself a self-taught artist. Some of my favorite artists are Salvador Dali, M. C Escher, Rene Magritte, H.R. Giger, and Frank Frazetta. The art Eric creates mostly covers the human struggle, the environmental plight, and all living things that have no voice while using a science fiction, fantasy and surrealism approach. Mediums he likes to work with are acrylics, colored pencils, pen, ink, and oils. Eric’s art is created in his own mind then put to paper in a way that he can make a point without using his voice. I set goals with each piece of art that I create so as to cause one to think and stir curiosity. Eric shares All of my art is unique and original.
