• Social infrastructures: education-, health-, childcare-, housing infrastructure (17,9 billion EUR)

• Implementation by Member States – encouragement, professional and technical support by DG Regio
Promotion of the new regulation (seminars, conferences, cooperation with relevant NGOs, organizations)
• Segregation - one of the most important barrier in Roma integration
De-segregation measures should be enforced
• Underutilized resources for de-segregation (i.e. 60% utilization of the budget of Social Urban-rehabilitation - Hungary)
Sharing experiences, good practices – promotion of urban-rehabilitation for local authorities
