• Nigeria is the only country where we clamour for change but the youths that ought to make this change are heavily travelling out of the country in search of greener pastures. If i travel and you travel and every youth travels then what is Nigeria.

• The positive or negative act of every African youth determines how we are perceived by the international community. No wonder i grew up to hear the story that UK was visa free to Nigerian citizens and today obtaining a Uk visa is like struggling to enter the kingdom of God.

Travel is a sure way for the acquisition of knowledge and I believe travel can be better utilised to yield great results rather than drug trafficking, deportation, illegal residency, smuggling etc.As a travel consultant i have always said and will continue to say that travel is cheap and is affordable. I believe the mass exodus of our youths is based on different factors, some of which includes;-Search for greener pasture-Unfavourable living conditions-War and civil unrest

The initiative aims at enhancing development in Africa through importation, implementation and development of technological, social, educational, political, agricultural and medical development experienced in developed nations, and applying them at the grass root of the developing countries so as to provoke rapid development.

ERASING BORDERS INITIATIVE

-Promote tourism in Nigeria-Expose local artisans to development in their field of play so as to aid development-Provide easy accessibility to travel packages-Seek sponsorship from government and stakeholders to help invest in the life of youths-Erase the ideology that it is better to live abroad than in Africa-Give insight to younger generation as regards available opportunities-And ultimately to spun great revolution in African socio-economic development.

WAY FOWARD

Africa should be the source of the river of goodness that flows to the rest of the world, bedrock of natural resources; we should possess the greatest economies of the world and be the world leader in several industries but unfortunately, the reverse is the case. If this generation continues like this we might end up destroying the hope of our children as our parents failed us. So this is a call to all the youths to join the erasing border movement as we all determine to make Africa a better place to be born, to grow, to live, to make money to settle down to fulfil dreams and to die.
