AQUAS submits this report to the Secretary in accordance with:

Condition A23 (i) of the Conditions of Approval for the Parramatta Light Rail project, ER is to prepare and submit to the Secretary and other relevant regulatory agencies, for information, an Environmental Representative Monthly Report, and;

As required by the appointment as the approved Environmental Representative (DPE letter dated 21/8/2018)

The attached summary details the requirements of the monthly report in accordance with the ER Protocol for works during the month of February 2019 for the Parramatta Light Rail project.

Contractor has scheduled to commence minor works in March 2019. No Minor works have been approved by the ER at this stage.
