Today’s Market Drivers:

Stock indexes around the world gained on Wednesday, bolstered by upbeat global economic data and minutes from the Federal Reserve's December meeting, which showed policymakers thought the US economy could grow more quickly because of fiscal stimulus under the incoming Trump administration. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.3% to close at 19,942.16, the S&P 500 gained 0.57% to end at 2,270.75 and the Nasdaq Composite added 0.88% to finish at 5,477.01.

Damac Properties is set to launch sales for the Kensington Boutique Villas at Akoya Oxygen and Beverly Hills Boutique Villas at Akoya by Damac.

Dubai Islamic Bank says holding company sells stake in Jordanian bank.

Eshraq Properties will hold its annual general meeting on 26 January to discuss the appointment of Jassim Al Siddiqi as its CEO and Khaled Abdel-Aziz Al Mazeed as a board member to replace Saleh Al Amri and Yasser Hamad Al Sagheer.
