ANNOUNCEMENTSAre you looking for a place to serve? We have an opportunity for you to serve in one of the most gratifying and rewarding ministries of the church - the NURSERY ministry. We need individuals to care for both our infants and/or toddlers during the second service on either the second or fourth Sundays of the month. Weekly Opportunities For Prayer:• Sundays at 6:00 a.m. in the sanctuary: Prayer Band members and other church family

gather in prayer for those leading and for the day's services.• Sundays after each service: Prayer Band members are available in the front of the

sanctuary to pray with you or for you.• Wednesdays (except 1st of the month) at 7:00 p.m.: Prayer with church family in

Room A103.• Wednesday and Friday mornings at 6:00 a.m. in A103: Prayer Band members and

other church family gather to lift the needs of the congregation to the Lord.• Each Weekday the church is open at 6:00 a.m. for anyone who desires to have

personal prayer time at the church.• Staff and Prayer Band Members pray for any need on the communication card. Please

Ministerial Alliance Lenten Service Series continues this Wednesday, February 27, at noon. This service, The Cup of Deliverance (or Salvation), "I will deliver.", is at the United Methodist Church. Lunch will be served immediately following. See following page for information on the complete series schedule.

Adventure Plus will meet on Thursday, February 28, at noon, in the Multi-Purpose Room for a second showing of Charlotte Seago's pictures from Ethiopia. There will be no luncheon with this meeting.

The Communion Offering for March is designated for the support of Set Free and our Free Methodist Representative, Ginger Coakley.

REGIONAL BIBLE QUIZ MEET AT GFMCAll Day, Saturday, March 9

Help is needed in the following ways:• Housing for quizzers and sponsors on Friday night, March 8−kids bring

their own sleeping bags, so floors are fine for teens. Beds are preferred for adults. A simple breakfast is requested.

• Donation of lunch items: (See sign-up list in the Lounge)• Kitchen workers during the day on March 9 to prepare and serve lunch to

over 200 people (Young Teen and FMY parents, earn $ for your teen's FMY account).
