Are there 10 Fresnel’s in the rig If No, Fresnel’s can be located at the back of the main hall to the right of the doorway.

- The Fresnels should all have a safety chain attached

- Fresnels should be rigged correctly but more importantly safely i.e. Lamp tray shut, knobs should be underneath the light, tight, Plug fully into socket in rig

Toshiba Laptop If No, Laptops can be located in the Media rooms in the Priestley Building with authorisation from one of the technicians (The technicians office is located at the back of the main hall.)

- Make sure you have access to a user login, otherwise speak to a technician (The technicians office is located at the back of the main hall.)

Projector If No, Speak to Julie – the performing arts technician (Julie can be located in her office at the back of the main hall.)

- Make sure the projector is hung from the rig correctly

- The on switch can be located underneath the Hitachi projector
