Such a system is said to be in a state of ‘dynamic equilibrium’

If the concentration of the reactants is increased, or one of the products is removed from the equilibrium mixture then more of the reactants must react in order to keep KC

constant, i.e. the position of the equilibrium will shift to the right (towards more products)
