(A Shadowy figure watches in the background)

Unknown: Ive seen pictures, it cant be.... Thats ... THATS (He breathes in and out) thats mydad!!

(The Shadow looks towards James)

The Shadow: You have to die! No one deserves to have extra power and NOT SHARE IT WITHHUMANITY!!!!

(James tries to get up)

AND THAT IS NOT FAIR!!!!! (He kicks James to the ground)

James!!! Dont you hurt him leave him alone (He spots Katie)

Unknown: Mum!!

(Takuma, Kevin, Stewart & Katie run towards James) (Kevin punches the shadow)

Aaron: Be careful James, Youre not invulnerable

(James tries to run away)

(The shadow points his gun at James) (James stops limping and looks in fright)

The Shadow: The simplest of weapons can kill some oneJames: What have I got to lose! My brother is being manipulated, my sister is dead and I have onlyone thing to say to you, Bye

(He teleports)

[Down below]

(James screams in agony)

James: Aaahhhh! NO, NOT YET, IM NOT READY TO DIE NOT YET, I WANT TO DO ANDACHIEVE SO MUCH MORE!!!

(He stumbles to the floor)

Keep going we got to leave this place

(He drags himself) (Someone steps on him)

The Shadow: Where do you think you are going?

[2 Minutes Later upstairs]

The Shadow: Id like you all to witness, to moment Ive been dreaming of

Kneel!

(James kneels)

Take aim

(Henchmen aim their guns) FIRE!!!!

Isabella: NOOOOOO!!!

(All the bullets freeze in mid air) (Karl and his henchmen are also frozen)

Unknown: Its ok, they are frozen

(Takuma looks) (Everyone looks around)

(Unknown walks into the light)

Unknown: Before you wonder who I am, Ill tell you, my name is NicoThis time freeze is going to expire soon, so if we dont leave now then we all are toast

(They all stare at him) (Takuma stares at Nico)

Takuma: Listen to him, Ok grab on to anyone that can teleportNico: Ok, lets go

(They teleport)

[At St Pancras International....]

(They appear next to the Eurostar Ticket office)

Sean: Takuma, Nico looks the spitting image of...Takuma: I know, and I know who exactly he isSean: Who is he?Takuma: That is Jamess sonSean: What the hell?Takuma: Sshh! Keep your voice down

Nico: So this is how you looked when you were 19, its nice to see thatTakuma: Its very weird, to know who you areNico: I was brought here beyond my control, well I better explain myself to the guys

(They all sit on the seats)

James: Who are you exactly?Nico: Your saviourKevin: We cannot go back to base; I suggest we go back to IA headquartersJames: What do you mean by your saviour?Nico: It does exactly what it says on the tinOliver: Lets get a move on; every second wasted here is the difference between life and death

(They all get up, grab on to someone and teleport)

[At Intelligence Agency Headquarters: Docklands]

(Andrew is working at a computer) (Everyone appears behind him) (He turns around)

(James storms out of Yellow zone)

[In James Hewletts office....]

(The door gets bombarded open)

Hewlett: What the hell is going on!James: YOU NEVER THOUGHT TO TELL ME!Hewlett: What do you mean?James: YOU COULD NOT TELL ME THAT THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN TRYING TO KILL MEFOR THE LAST 2 YEARS YOU FIRED 6 YEARS AGO !!!

(Hewletts face changes)

Hewlett: It was for your own goodJames: Frankly, I do not want to hear it, I thought you were one of the better people

(He looks straight into Hewletts eyes) Obviously not

(He walks out the office)

[In Yellow Zone....]

Aaron: Who exactly are you Nico?Nico: I am from the future

(James looks at Nico)

James: What year?Nico: 2027James: You got to be jokingNico: I am not joking; I was transported here out of my control, to when you are 19 years oldJames: How do you know my age?Nico: Because my name is Nico Leagrove Stamford and you are my dad

(James looks shell shocked) (He looks at Nico)

James: I am your fatherNico: Yes you are (He turns to Katie) and you are my mumKatie: Me? Your mum?

(She also looks shell shocked) (Everyone looks at Nico)

Nico: I guess you dont believe me, but it is not only me you have, I have 2 sisters called Lily andRachaelJames: (He looks at Katie) We have three children (He laughs and so does Katie)Isabella: So I dont fit into the equation?

(James remembers Isabella is behind him and falls silent)

Nico: I learnt an important rule from you, a rule which I have already broken

[Flash-forward...]

2025...Dad: Son, when travelling in time there is one rule that should never be broken.... never interfere withfixed events which you are witnessingNico: What if its a matter of life and death?

James: I said that?Nico: So to answer your question Isabella, I cannot because that would influence of interfere withfixed events that I am witnessing now

James: You are really my sonNico: You are James Stamford, Born on the 21st November 1991,in Chelsea and WestminsterHospital in London, with your brother Edward Leagrove .Tragically your mother Stephanie AkiraLeagrove died when giving birth to you. Due to the traumatic stress of raising two babies byhimself, your father put you up for adoption. After spending a month in a care home you wereadopted by Olivia & Kevin Stamford, your favourite cereal is Frosties, You love pancakes, egg ontoast and Formula 1, you listen to rock music, Is that enough? (Tears run down his face)

(James starts crying)

(Nico runs over to his dad) (James hugs Nico really tightly)

James (Muffled): I cannot believe you are my son (He laughs)Nico (Muffled): Well you better believe it

(He kisses Nico on the forehead) (Katie taps Nicos Shoulder)

(He turns around) Nico: Mum!!

(Henry looks and smiles) (Aarons face beams with joy)

(Katie hugs Nico) Katie: Well I better introduce you to the family then

(Aaron walks towards Nico) Aaron: Well I am your uncle Aaron, (He shakes his head) this is somuch for me at the moment so please forgive me Nico

(Nico nods his head) (Scot walks forward)

Scott: I am Scott, I may not be your uncle but if you need anything from me later in life, you knowwhere to come

Iam your Uncle Edward, I am your fathers brother (Everyone turns around)

(James looks at Edward) Edward: Its a good job, Im here, and I would have been heartbroken tomiss this

(James hugs Edward) Edward: Im sorry

James: It doesnt matter, it doesnt matterAndy: Sorry to interrupt this Family gathering as it has turned out to be, but the tracking device that

is on Karl has just disappeared from Satellite 7 and has appeared on earth according to thismonitor

(A beeping sound is faintly heard in the background)

James: That is bad, the time freeze expiredNico: Looks like itAnthony: Where is he heading?

(Andrew taps on his keyboard) (His face changes)

Andy: Not goodAnthony: Well thenAndy: The coordinates I have say hes heading straight here James: There isnt anywhere he wont find usIsabella: Dont say that!

BEEP!!!

Andrew: He is hereJames: It begins, the guys come with me, and the girls stay up here

(All the males get up)

Andrew: Ill stay here and make sure they stay here

(Isabellas face drops)

[Outside Canary Wharf.]

(James walks slowly down the steps towards the tube station)

(He spots Karl)

James: We have to really stopmeeting like this

(Karl turns around)

Karl: You have got on my nervestodayJames: Aww, Little Karl didnt get tokill the person he has failed to dosince 2007; WELL YOU CAN WAITA BIT LONGER!!! BECAUSE IHAVE ONE THING TO SAYBEFORE YOU KILL ME, MEET

NICO, MY SON

(Karls face looks shocked) (Nico steps out from behind James)

Nico: My name is Nico Leagrove - Stamford, I defy any law ever made, time, situation and

circumstance, you trying to kill my father, pisses me off to be frank, and I dont like that so you haveto answer to ME!

(He loads his machine guns and fires directly at Karl)

(Karl shudders at the rapid fire)

(He falls to the ground)

James: NICO!!! Youve killed himAaron: You cant get anymore dead than that

Edward: Its over James, Its finally overMark: Lets get him back to baseAnthony: Considering its nearing Midnight, How are we going to deal with the neighbouringcrowds?Nico: Leave that to me

(He turns around and stares at the crowd)

(He telepathically tells them) Go about your business, you did not see anything

(The crowds walk away as if nothing has happened)

(The guys walk toward headquarters) James: oh-oh (He looks down at his hand) (They glow red)

(They stop glowing red) Nico: You coming dad?

James: Ill be there in a minute

(Edward walks up to him) Edward: Keep strong, I know it must hard, theres not a lot of time left

James: How do you know that?Edward: I see everything and that red must signal danger

(He looks at Edward)

James: I dont have a lot of time (He falls to the ground and winces)Edward: HELP NOW!!!!!

(They all turn and run towards James)

Stewart: Whats happening?

Edward: Hes dyingOliver: Leave it to me

(Oliver creates a Gravity bubble with James inside)

Oliver: Ill take him home (He teleports)

Aaron: Dying?Nico: DAD!Aaron: Come on Nico, Lets go back to HQ

(They walk to HQ)

Stewart: We must keep this to ourselves

(Sako Nakijima & Kazuki Natayama appear)

Sako: Guys whats up!!! Our watches flashed redAnthony: James is dying!!Mark: How is my brother dying?Edward: He is suffering retro regenerative displacement, his cellular energy is dying but his body istrying to regenerate, the teleporting he did earlier is killing his brain, there is nothing we can doSako: How do you know this?Edward: Because the same thing is happening to me, But not as worse as himSean: Time is ticking, we best tell the others

(They sprint towards HQ)

[At Jamess House..]

(Oliver appears with a sick James)

Warren: JAMES!!!

(Mum, Dad and Nicola run into the sitting room) (James turns all red)

(He screams) Nicola: What is happening to him?

Oliver: He is dying?Kevin: He wowed that I would pay in the futureWarren: What do you mean?Dad: Hes like this because of meNatsuki: Why is that?Mum: What happened between me and your father in universityNicola: WHAT EVER YOU HAVE DONE!! I BLAME YOU TWO FOR THIS, IF HE DIES ! I BLAMEYOU

[At Katies House ]

(Katie walks through the front door)

Mia: Where have you been?Katie: I was out, Im changing quickly then I am back out again, going to JamessMia: I see, you look very sadKatie: Its been a very long day

(She walks up the stairs)

[At Scotts House]

(Scott walks back into the sitting room)

(Jeremy and Samantha are slumped on the sofa watching TV)

Samantha: Scott, whats up with James, It showed him hovering in central London on the newsJeremy: Then he disappearedScott: Hes dying, I dont know how long he has left

[In Jamess room]

(James stares out of the window) (Everything goes pure white)

(James appears in a white void) (Harmony is sitting by a table with tarot cards)

James: HARMONY!! (She does not answer) (She picks up a card)

It reads judgement (James looks at her)

James: What have I done?Harmony: When everyone is about to die, you have an option to pickyour luck

(She looks at him)

Harmony: Pick a card

(He looks at Harmony) (He picks up a card)

(He looks at it) (His face drops)

Harmony: Im sorry James, the cards say death

James: You are dead too?Harmony: Yes, James I really am, and you have to believe that

(The table with the cards disappear)

You cannot cheat death James, It always comes back to get you

(A familiar figure walks into light)

James: GRANDDAD!!!Harmony: You get to see him, what youve been wishing for

(He runs at top speed towards his Grandfather)

Granddad: Hello my grandson

(He puts his arm out)

[Meanwhile in Jamess room ...]

Warren: You have to do something, we are losing him

(He does CPR)

(Edwards runs into the room with Nico, Scott, Aaron, Sako, Kazuki and the others)

Edward: Come on James, you can keep fighting

[Meanwhile...]

(James continues to run to his Granddad)

James: IM READY!!!!

(He trips and falls to the ground)

Granddad: Its not your time James, Not yetJames: NOOOOO! Im not leaving you!!Granddad: Go James!!!

(A heavy wind starts to blow) (James covers his eyes)

Granddad: Another time not now

(He turns and walks away) James: NOOOOO! GRANDDAD!!! (He gets up and continues to run)

(He keeps on running) (Granddad disappears)

James: Aaahhhh!!! (He falls to the fall)

[In Jamess room...]

Mum: James, come on stay with me

(Jamess body glows blue) (Jamess head turns)

Warren: James!! (He shakes his body)

(Katie starts to cry) (Dads shuts his eyelids and walks out the room)

Warren: Hes dead... Permanent... final... finishedHenry: He cant be, ALL THE THINGS WEVE BEEN THROUGH, THE SCHOOL FIRE, THEHOSPITAL, and THE LONDON SAGA!!

(He kneels by his bedside) (Crying breaks out in the background)

(Nico falls to the ground with tears in his eyes) (He groans)

Nico: Ahh! (Aaron kneels down and supports Nico)Aaron: Whats happening?Nico: Im paying the price (He breathes heavily)Aaron: What priceNico: I altered events in time, I broke the fundamental rule

(He struggles to breath) NO!!!! (He grabs onto Aaron)

Nico: We deal our own luck!! And I pay the ultimate price

(He dies) (Aaron looks at Nico)

Aaron: No, No, No (He cries inconsolably)

Monica: Why is it that it happens to us?

(Edward looks at the moon) (Tears run down his face) Edward: I do not know

(Sarah runs into the room) (She spots James dead on his bed) (She falls to her knees)

Edward: Its over now, its all over

Priest: We are gathered here today to remember the lives of James & Harmony Stamford

(Henry and Katie hold hands) (Priest continues in the background)

Katie: Things wont be the same, will they?Henry: No, but he wouldnt want us to live in sadness

(Takuma turns and talks to Emma)

Takuma: Ive lost my best friend and girlfriendEmma: I dont even know what I can say to console youTakuma: Sako has offered for me to stay in Japan, permanently, Ive acceptedEmma: You are leaving?

Takuma: Yes, I believe it is time to start a fresh

{With Edward and Kevin...}

Edward: My parents are moving to Bedford in FebruaryKevin: What are doing are you going to stay here?Edward: No, Im going with themKevin: What about University?Edward: I asked Southampton to defer my entry in May, so I dont leave for Southampton untilSeptember next year

{With Melody and Isabella....}

Melody: So after this, what happens? Back to America?

(Isabella looks at Melody)

Isabella: No. Im staying here, here can offer me allot moreMelody: We must keep in contact

(She hugs Melody) Isabella: Of course (They look at the priest)

Priest: Insure and certain hope of the resurrection to eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ, wecommend to Almighty God ourbrother and SisterJames and Harmony. And we commit theirbodies to the ground; earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust. The Lord bless them and keepthem, the Lord make his face to shine upon them and be gracious unto them, the Lord lift up hiscountenance upon them and give them peace.Amen

Sarah: Goodbye, Sleep well

(She throws a rose on the coffins) (She walks away)

(Warren and Natsuki walk away)

(Jamess friends are left standing by his coffin) (They all look at each other)

Edward: We say our goodbyes in February, but for now (He falls silent)

[At St Pancras....]

(Edward pulls his suitcases to the barrier) (He looks at everyone)

Takuma: Take care (He shakes his hand)Edward: Safe trip to JapanTakuma: Thanks

(Samantha runs up to him) (She hugs him) Samantha: Make sure you text me big boy or there istrouble heading your way

Edward: Look, my train is in 5, big group hug (Edward, Takuma, Henry, Katie, Isabella, Stewart,Sean, Oliver, Mark, Scott, Sarah, Aaron, Sako, Kazuki & Samantha get into a circle)

Takuma: For the last time... to James and HarmonyEveryone: James and Harmony!!

(Everyone breaks out of the circle) (Edward and Mark put their tickets in the barriers and walkThrough) (Scott salutes Mark)

Mark: Take it easy (Scott smiles) (They turn around and walk away) (They get to the escalator)They turn around and wave)

Aaron: Now it is time to live our lives
