Slitting

Slitting is used to cut raw material - a wide

coil of steel or metal or the mother coil - into a

number of narrower coils called slitted coils.

Stamping

In the stamping process, holes are punchedaccording to the mould made to createmultiple shaped holes. Punch tooling is

made of hardened steel so that the punchedholes are as clean as possible.

Bending

After stamping, the punched baby coils aresent for bending or forming and cutting. In

bending, the metalwork is bent along astraight axis that products V-shape, U-shapeor channel shape according to the production

requirements for the metalwork.

Mould Making

Moulds are accurately made in this process

to create the required stamping patterns inthe next process.

Forming & Cut

In forming and cutting, the metalwork is

formed and cut to sizes according to the

requirements to ultimately form a desiredroll-formed pro le.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a process wherethermoplastic or thermoset polymer powder

nishes are coated on formed metal piecesto protect the surfaces and give colours to

the metals.

Welding & Spot Welding

To permanently join the multiple metal parts

together into usable products, weldingis carried out by melting both adjoiningmaterials. As the molten metal quickly

cool, the two adjoining pieces are thenpermanently bonded. Spot welding is a

popular welding method where contactingmetal surfaces are joined by the heat

obtained from resistance against electriccurrent ow.

Whether it is slitting or powder coating, our manufacturing processes are being

monitored systematically and continuously. By overseeing the entire process andevaluating the products based on standard assessment, we are able to supervisethe quality of the parts being produced, thus setting a stringent quality control

In this process, thermoplastic orthermoset polymer powder nishesare coated on formed metal piecesto protect the surfaces and givecolours to the metals.

Slitting

The raw material, a wide coil calledmother coil, is slit into multiplenarrower coils called baby coils.

Stamping

After slitting, holes arepunched according to themould on the coils in thestamping process.

Finished Goods

Product manufacturing processes arecompleted after the powder coatingprocess. The products are now readyto be delivered to the customers.

Forming & Cutting To Size / Bending

After stamping, the punched baby coils are sent for bending or forming and cuttingprocesses in order to form the desired patterns.

capable to store two pallets deep in a single-entry rack or four palletsdeep in a double entry rack. This system is particularly bene cial when

the throughput is low while fast movement of pallets is not critical. Aspecial reaching truck with double-pantograph or extendable fork is

used in this racking system.
