Pre-OnboardingIf you are exploring the possibility of joining us as a hourly resource rather than a salaried employee

you will be asked to complete a handful of pre-onboarding documents. These docs are very

important since we can’t present you to our clients without them.

Proposal ParticipationOnce we have you pre-onboarded, we may asked you to work with our opportunity pursuit team to

shape the proposal and apply your unique knowledge of this area.

OnboardingOnce the client has green lighted our proposal, we will run you through the final stage of our

onboarding process that includes setting you or your company up in our time keeping system and

completing a background and drug test.

Ensuring SuccessWe want this engagement to be a great experience for you and our client. Your account leader will

be your primary point of contact. Setting up regular check-in meetings on your progress and

challenges will be key to making the project a success. We will also share what we are hearing from

the client to help you adjust your approach as needed.

Career ManagementWe enjoy taking care of the people who take care of us through mentoring and career

advancement opportunities. We are also happy to facilitate external networking contacts, references

and even permanent opportunities through our enVision Talent Solutions search group.
