Response Agreement required with “professional” on-call spill response team – identified in Pollution Control Plan, with training per 29 CFR 1910.120 (“HazWOPER”)
In the event of a spill:
Refer to PCP, cleanup to background, notify On-Call ER
Notify Engineer of release
Lists contractor reporting requirements
Report to engineer – w/in 10 days after cleanup but no more than 30 days after initiation
