We commit to offering a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, addional workforce and others affected by our operaons. We are commited to eliminang hazards and reducing occupaonal health and safety risks in all our operaons. We apply technology, products and services that preserve the environment for future generaons. We implement a lifecycle perspecve, focused on resource efficiency and reducing polluon to a minimum. We will achieve excellence through our people and our work pracces using the following principles: • Safety is 100% of our behaviour 100% of the me • We believe injuries and negave incidents can be prevented • We all take personal responsibility for safety • Safe behaviour is a condion of connued employment • We will provide our customers with the safest products and services • We will reduce our customers’ environmental impact through the use of our products • We will reduce the environmental impact of our operaons We consult employee and addional workforce representaves in the decision process, parcularly for health, safety and wellbeing issues. We evaluate products, services, rocesses and major changes from a SHE perspecve while focusing on risks and opportunies. We will comply with all applicable legal and other requirements wherever we operate. We are commied to connually improving our SHE standards and performance. Details of the organisaon and arrangements to execute this policy are contained in our SHE Management System - Reference RCE 00.
