Entry Task On a piece of paper…. 1. You are a Pilgrim, packing to leave for the
New World. What do you bring with you? State the purpose for each of your items.
Example: I would bring an Ax so I could use it to chop wood and for self defense.
You can only pack 6 Items. Food is already packed

Because the Church of England enrolled all the king’s subjects, Separatists felt they had to share churches with the “damned.”
Therefore, they believed in a total break from the Church of England
