Running your own pub business and supporting your local
community is really more of a way of life than a ‘job’.
Steps to running your own pub
Let’s meet and talkOnce you have chosen a pub, and are ready to
progress, contact our Recruitment team. Our
Recruitment Co-ordinators will be interested to
find out more about you and your ideas for the
pub. We will send you a Pub Business Facts
Pack for your chosen pub and arrange a time for
you to meet the Regional Manager or Divisional
Recruitment Manager.
After the meeting we will both have a clear
idea of what the next steps towards getting
your own pub should be. We will either invite
you to continue your application for your chosen
pub, or suggest a few alternatives for you to
consider. If we agree to continue your application
for a specific pub it’s time to start planning your
pub business.
Fact finding / getting startedOnce you have selected some pubs you are
interested in, you can use our compare feature
to help you draw up a shortlist. We would also
recommend visiting the pubs as a customer to
check they are right for you.
You can contact our Recruitment Team who will
be happy to provide you with more information.
