Enrolling in your retirement plan is easy!

If you would like to enroll in your retirement plan, you can enroll one of three ways: online, by phone or with your financial advisor

•To enroll online: Follow ‘Step 1’ below to access our Simplified Online Enrollment System andfollow the prompts. Use appropriate access code (referenced below) applicable to you.

•To enroll by phone: Call 1-888-569-7055 and provide the Enrollment Specialist with theappropriate access code (referenced below) applicable to you.

•To enroll with your financial advisor: Remember, you don't have to go it alone. Our localfinancial advisors are always available to assist you with this process. Contact your advisor today!

Step 3: Plan Confirmation Enter a couple of details to confirm your eligibility to enroll in the plan.

Step 4: Plan Information Employer and Plan name will be presented. To obtain information regarding the plan, click on ‘Plan Highlights Available’ link.

Then, click ‘Continue’ to proceed with enrollment.

Step 5: Personal Information Next, enter the required personal information (marital status, residential address, hire date, annual income, email address, etc.).

Click ‘Continue’ to proceed with enrollment.

Enrollment and online account access Step 6: Select Path Now, select a path that best suits your saving style to proceed with enrollment.

If you entered your salary, we can show you how your contributions affect your paycheck.

Select ‘Continue’ to proceed with enrollment.

Step 7: Selecting Contributions

Now, you will elect your deferral amount if your employer allows online contributions for pretax and/or post-tax (after tax, R oth).

Step 8: Portfolio Details Now, you will be able to select your portfolio mix. In order to proceed with enrollment, allocation percentages must equal 100%.

‘Set to Employer’s Selected Investment(s)’ link will pre-fill the target date fund based on your current age.

‘View Fund Prospectus’ link will allow you to review fund details.

‘Clear All’ link will remove all allocations and collapse all asset categories.

Click ‘Continue’ to proceed with enrollment.



‘Expand All’ link will list all available funds under each asset category.

Some plans have minimum spousal requirements (e.g., 50% and 100%) regarding beneficiaries. In such plans, you will be prompted to allocate to your spouse at the required percent when applicable.

If you want to list more than one primary beneficiary, click ‘Add another Primary Beneficiary.’ Click ‘Continue’ to proceed with enrollment.

!Enrollment and online account access !.Step 9: Beneficiary Details Now, you will be able to designate your Primary Beneficiaries (and contingent beneficiaries if you choose).

Click ‘Complete Enrollment’ to complete your enrollment which automatically generates a confirmation email.
