Thoughtful and really funny, Ross
is a natural leader. Her ENPL
colleagues appreciate her strength,
empathy, words of encouragement,
and profound comments. If Ross is
in the house, you know you are
going to be smiling! She is one of
the cool kids you’d love to hang out
with and has many great moments
ahead of her!
Kerry Kent Blumberg

An amazing listener with insight to
boot, Kerry brings a quest for
excellence to her work. She is
forthcoming and unafraid to share her
thoughts, but always in a compelling
and life giving way. One colleague
noted that Kerry brings what is most
needed in the next generation
of leaders. A great partner on the
high ropes, Kerry is the “Village
People” of relationship building!

the full nine yards with you to
make something good happen.

Mike brings an awesome sense
of humor and natural
friendliness to his leadership.

short-sheeted!

include her quiet confidence, easy
laugh, excellent listening skills, and
wholistic approach. She has a
purposeful style and calming

leadership shines with candor
and competence.

What a guy!! Avi was the surprising
introvert who always stepped up to
the plate and got us off to the perfect
start. Avi is a fantastic leader with
infectious energy and soft humor that

while doing it!”

genuine, and an enthusiastic

my thought processes”, Anne is
also the owner of the best
bedazzled jeans!

Michelle’s big heart and pleasant
demeanor brightens the way. She
brings compassion, calmness,

the “Blue Group.” And, she’s an
undercover firecracker - we are
sure of it!

listening, and openness. Erin is
described as soft, sweet, and
hilarious – a deadly
combination!

based style and deep engagement
in the community. Wise beyond his
years, Jason is also a lot of fun to
be around. We congratulate Jason
his wedding, taking place this very
week!
