A good manager or leader is one that makes people work hard, and not someone who makes people’s work hard.

Focus on your passions, where every working minute is actually passionate and full of positive emotions.

Consider your job to be fun and not hard work at all

Work smart. This means coming up with systematized methods and add real value, being efficient & effective, and making good money along the way.

Discover your calling. This is an inner sense of responsibility that makes you just want to do something.

It is more than just your passion - an extension of you.

Enjoy working with people.

If you like people and want to help others, working with people is a joy

Add value in your work.

Over time you will make good money from your work. When this happens would you not like to work harder & even more?

People who are in the flow often find that work is effortless, because it is so smooth and totally in line with their inner selves

Develop a strong sense of purpose. You will get limitless energy and will be able to go on when others quits.

It will help you to go on working without any mental fatigue, because you find your work meaningful.
