WebBridge and ClioWeb

ClioWeb went live in August 2006.

OpenURL ordering capabilities added May 2007

Sending OpenURL data directly to ClioWeb form (i.e. Worldcat Local, Google Scholar, etc.)

Routing data to the WebBridge link resolver, and then sending to ClioWeb via “Order via ILL” link in WB panel.



What’s WebBridge’s Problem?



It’s All in the Concatenation


Created separate field selectors for ClioWeb author and page info

Added a few new ones just for ILL use while we were at it

Articles stats that doubled in the first year

Very happy patrons – one click ordering

Extremely happy ILL staff
