Set-up Mailbox:1. Using 50 / 7662 / enter last 4 digit’s of your ext.’s to access your
voicemail box, log-in (using the last four digits of your phone number as the initial password).
2. After logging-in, a tutorial will guide you in establishing your - (private) password, - name identification, and - greeting (either personal or system greeting).

Internet Access: Please set-up your mailbox via telephone access before accessing from the Internet. From a computer connected to the Internet, go to https://webmail.frontiermessaging.com; enter your 10-digit mailbox number and password (PIN). Your PIN is the same as you use when you access Enhanced Messaging using your telephone.
Point your cursor on a message, double click to open, and listen to the message on your computer. See www.frontieronline.com/enhancedmessaging and check out our FAQ library. (Page 15 in user guide)
