Ribs are a favorite for many clients. Activities & food preparation can be completed in a 1 day event.
BACON, Pork loin, or Pulled pork sandwiches are a traditional favorite, for 1 or 2 day events
We recommend the 2 day event for best results with Denny’s award winning brisket!
Choose healthy poultry options of either turkey or chicken to be injected, seasoned, & smoked at your event in 1 or 2 day events.
