R-BOT DUSTBIN..

IINTRODUCTION

R-bot dustbin is one created that use electric,electronics and mechanical

movement.We will also introduce the project with PLC system to control this

machine.

This product can make our daily life

become easily.

This product also can make our

environment clean and fresh.

PROBLEM STATEMENT

•In terms of health, the product on the market were less guaranteed healthy because there are cannot prevent from germs and bacteria.

•In addition, the quality of the dustbin that we have today is ordinary such as around the dustbin is dirty.

•the ordinary dustbin cannot pack a lot of rubbish.

SCOPE PROJECTThis project is a concept created by machine that using electric , electronic and mechanical

movementThis machine are using the concept of D cell batteries that can use around 6 months so that this dustbin did not use electrical connection.the operation of the dustbin manually by the user to automatically reduce of human energy.

Uses of PLC program is included with sensors and motors fully controlled by that

software.

OBJECTIVETo enhance healthy and hygiene.

Time-saving operation and automatic process.

To keep environment clean and not smelly.

To make people easier to throw the rubbish.

will fall into the compressor stage.

The rubbish will process and compress to become

square in shape.

waters of the waste will flow out through the

drain pipe.

Rubbish will be compact and lightweight. Processed waste will be pushed out

by the compressor side. Compressor side will open and allow the waste through the next into the recycle bin.

The compress section will cleared by detergent liquid box. The box must be refill when the

detergent is run out.
