Holidays are about having fun. One waits for them eagerly in order to go places – places of interest like the mountains,
beaches, safari or even travelling to meet the dear ones. All these journeys are full of memorable experiences, meeting
new people, knowing their culture and cuisine, enjoying nature in all its bountiful resources.
A travelogue is an account of such a journey to some other places. It is written with factual details about personal
impressions and experiences supported by images.
Here are a few tips:
Select a particular destination and the dates that suit you and your family members or friends who are joining you
on this trip.
Make extensive research about the place, mode of transport, stay tec. and go for advance booking either by your
own or through some reliable travel agency.
Make list of the things you would carry with you.
Don’t forget to carry a diary, pen and a camera to capture the moments.
Prepare an itinerary and follow it as much as possible.
During the entire trip, record all the important things or events in your diary or on camera.
Back home, use this inputs for writing an amazing travelogue that interests all those who read it.
